Yes, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) may reject a document if the signature / seal from a public official, solicitor or notary public is not held on their database. This can be rectified in different ways depending on the type of document. In case of rejection, we will advise you accordingly on how to resolve the matter to have the document Apostilled and there are no extra costs from us for resubmission to the FCDO.
